Makeup As An Art Form

Ines Haddad sees beauty as honesty. The filmmaker, designer and makeup artist conveys her story and truth through the projects and looks she creates. Makeup is used as a medium in her films to add feelings and develop the narrative.

“Beauty is in the things you love to do. In the ways that you express yourself,” Ines says. “The women of this generation kind of have a duty to stand out, to be bold and express themselves as loudly as they can.”

In our Next Gen series, Glu puts the spotlight on the local, young talents leading the new wave of beauty and creative self-expression. Follow our growing #GluTribe on social.

Ines loves Sigma Beauty Tint + Tame Brow Gel, Touch In Sol Metallist Sparkling Foiled Pigment Eyeshadow, Carter Beauty Free Speech Lip Tint and Crayola Eyeshadow Palette.
