DOES GLU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

Glu only ships within the United Arab Emirates for now.

CAN I ORDER BY CALLING THE CONTACT NUMBER?

Sorry, we don’t take orders via phone call.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE I CAN SHOP?

You can order as a guest. But registering for a Glu account and saving your details can make the shopping experience faster (no need to re-enter your address every time), easier (quick-click secure process) and more personal (your preferences are noted).

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Unless the products are damaged, returns are not allowed. For complete information on exchanges, returns and terms and conditions, please see our Return Policy page.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

After you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt with all the order details, along with the payment reference and total value of order. Please note this is not an order confirmation. At this stage, your order may be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care team.

If you have already received a notification saying your items have been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery may take 4 (four) up to 7 (seven) days.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept major credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and Cash On Delivery option is available for UAE.

CAN I SEND ITEMS AS GIFTS?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. But we are currently working hard to make this happen soon.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST AND VAT?

All items are 100% guaranteed genuine and not fake, copies or the like. Glu is an authorised, official online retailer for every brand we stock. We work directly with the brands to ensure your favourite items are available.
